研究目的：

建立肝癌患者数智化情绪识别与心理干预的前瞻性随机对照研究队列，评估情绪识别与心理干预对住院肝癌患者靶向免疫治疗效果的影响，为肝癌综合治疗提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a prospective randomized controlled trial cohort for digital intelligent emotion recognition and psychological intervention in hepatocellular carcinoma patients, and to evaluate the impact of emotion recognition and psychological intervention on the efficacy of targeted immunotherapy in hospitalized hepatocellular carcinoma patients, thereby providing evidence-based support for comprehensive treatment of liver cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄超过18岁； （2）经病理或临床诊断为HCC的患者； （3）临床资料和病史完整； （4）患者接受过小学或以上教育，以确保问卷评估的准确性； （5）所有患者及其家属在治疗前均签署知情同意书，允许回顾性查阅和报告医疗记录。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged over 18 years; (2) Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by pathology or clinical criteria; (3) Complete clinical data and medical history; (4) Completed primary school education or above, to ensure the accuracy of questionnaire assessments; (5) All patients and their families signed informed consent prior to treatment, allowing retrospective review and reporting of medical records.

排除标准：

（1）有精神疾病或自身免疫性疾病史； （2）患有其他恶性肿瘤； （3）患有严重的心脑血管、肺、肝、肾疾病或其他器官衰竭； （4）既往接受过同类心理干预或靶向免疫治疗 （5）心理筛查有自杀倾向的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of mental illness or autoimmune disease; (2) Presence of other malignant tumors; (3) Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal disease or other organ failure; (4) Previous receipt of similar psychological intervention or targeted immunotherapy; (5) Patients identified with suicidal tendency during psychological screening.

干预组：接受靶向免疫治疗+结构化正念心理干预（每两周1次，持续8周）。第1个月、2个月、3个月，随诊监测GAD-7和PHQ-9得分，同时采用“首望”非接触式生理心理检测机器人进行多模态数据采集。

Intervention Group:Receive targeted immunotherapy + structured mindfulness-based psychological intervention (once every two weeks for 8 weeks). At month 1, month 2, and month 3, follow-up monitoring of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores will be conducted, along with multimodal data collection using the "Shouwang" non-contact physiological and psychological detection robot.
