纳入标准：

1.符合《中国瘢痕疙瘩临床治疗推荐指南》中瘢痕疙瘩标准（继发于皮肤外伤或自发形成和过度生长的病理性瘢痕组织，病变超过原始皮肤损伤范围、持续性生长，外观表现为高出皮肤表面，质硬韧和充血的结节状、条索状或片状肿块样组织）； 2.性别不限；年龄16-65岁； 3.不限瘢痕疙瘩生长部位及大小，无感染、破溃（瘙痒组：NRS≥4，持续时间≥一个月；非瘙痒组：NRS=0，近6个月未行针对瘢痕疙瘩的治疗，未服用抗组胺药等止痒药物）； 4.患者同意填写专业病历、问卷，同意将术后切除的医疗废弃物（瘢痕疙瘩及周边组织）用于本研究； 5.患者签署知情同意书（18岁以下监护人和未成年人都要签字）； 对照组： 1.无任何其他基础疾病的色素痣患者。 2.性别不限；年龄16-65岁；无瘙痒症状。 3.患者同意将术后切除的医疗废弃物（色素痣及周边组织）用于本研究并签署知情同意书（18岁以下监护人和未成年人都要签字）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the criteria for keloids as specified in the Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Management of Keloids in China: pathological scar tissue that is secondary to skin trauma, arises from spontaneous formation, and exhibits excessive growth. The lesion extends beyond the boundaries of the original skin injury and shows continuous growth. Clinically, it presents as a nodular, cord-like, or plaque-like mass-like tissue that is elevated above the skin surface, firm and tough in texture, and hyperemic. 2. Gender: No restriction; Age: 16-65 years of age; 3. No restrictions on the location of growth or size of keloids; without infection or ulceration.(Itch group: NRS >= 4, with a duration of >= 1 month; Non-itch group: NRS = 0, no keloid-specific treatment in the past 6 months, and no administration of antihistamines or other antipruritic drugs.); 4. The patient agrees to complete professional medical records and questionnaires, and to allow the postoperatively excised medical waste materials (keloids and surrounding tissues) to be used in this study. 5. Patients sign the informed consent forms (for those under 18 years of age, both their guardians and the minors themselves are required to sign); Control group: 1. Patients with pigmented nevi without any other underlying diseases. 2. No gender limitation; aged 16-65; without itching symptoms. 3. Patients agree to allow the postoperative excised medical waste (pigmented nevi and surrounding tissue) to be used for this study and sign the informed consent form (for those under 18, both the guardian and the minor must sign).

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神疾病（如精神分裂症、重度抑郁症等），无法准确表达自身瘙痒感受者。 2.合并有湿疹、荨麻疹、银屑病等其他可能引起瘙痒的皮肤病者。 3.处于妊娠期或哺乳期的女性患者； 4.合并有严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全者。 对照组：肝肾功能严重缺陷、移植术后；有肿瘤病史，如淋巴瘤、血液系统疾病等；传染病患者；严重感染者 HIV、结核；其他自身免疫性疾病者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals who suffer from severe mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, etc.) and are unable to accurately express their own pruritus sensations. 2.Individuals with comorbid eczema, urticaria, psoriasis, and other skin diseases that may cause pruritus. 3.Female patients who are in pregnancy or lactation. 4.Individuals with comorbid severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys. Control group: Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, post-transplant; history of tumors, such as lymphoma, hematological diseases, etc.; patients with infectious diseases; severe infections like HIV, tuberculosis; other autoimmune diseases, etc.
