研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨发酵粘液乳杆菌 GR-3 在改善结直肠癌术后患者肠道菌群方面的具体机制及应用潜力，重点研究其调节菌群多样性、促进肠道屏障修复及减少炎症反应的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to elucidate the specific mechanisms and translational potential of Limosilactobacillus fermentum GR-3 in modulating the gut microbiota of patients following colorectal cancer surgery, with a particular focus on its effects in modulating microbial diversity, promoting intestinal barrier repair, and attenuating inflammatory responses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经病理学确诊为结直肠癌；筛选程序前受试者应充分知情并获得书面知情同意书；年龄18-79岁,性别不限；行根治性手术切除；患者的ECOG体能状态为0-1。

Inclusion criteria

Histopathologically confirmed colorectal cancer. Prior to screening, participants must be fully informed and provide written informed consent. Aged 18–79 years, with no restrictions on sex. Scheduled to undergo curative (radical) surgical resection. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0–1.

排除标准：

对益生菌发酵乳制品主要成分及辅料有严重过敏者，或过敏体质；首次给药前30天内接种过活疫苗者；不能正常吞咽药物，或患有吸收障碍综合征、或其他无法通过肠道吸收药物的疾病或影响GR-3吸收者；已知药物或酒精滥用；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；研究者认为其他不适宜参加本试验因素的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with a history of severe allergy to the main ingredients or excipients of probiotic fermented dairy products, or with an allergic constitution. Receipt of any live attenuated vaccine within 30 days prior to the first dose. Inability to swallow the study product normally, or presence of malabsorption syndrome, or other conditions that preclude intestinal absorption of the study product or may interfere with the absorption of GR-3. Known drug abuse or alcohol abuse. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Any other condition or circumstance that, in the investigator’s judgment, makes the participant unsuitable for enrollment in this trial.
