研究目的: |
本研究拟利用Qualisys三维动作捕捉系统、Bertec测力台及Delsys表面肌电系统,对大学女子篮球运动员在疲劳状态下执行侧切动作时的神经肌肉控制特征、三维运动学变化与动力学风险指标进行分析,探讨疲劳对女子篮球运动员在进行侧切动作时的下肢稳定性的影响。依据已建立的损伤风险预测模型,探讨疲劳对高危动力学指标(如膝外翻力矩峰值、胫骨前向剪切力),运动学模式(如动态膝外翻角度增大、僵硬落地),以及肌肉激活(如H/Q比率下降、臀肌延迟激活)的影响。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study intends to use Qualisys three-dimensional motion capture system, Bertec force platform and Delsys surface electromyography system to analyze the neuromuscular control characteristics, three-dimensional kinematic changes and dynamic risk indicators of college women 's basketball players when performing side-cutting movements under fatigue, and to explore the impact of fatigue on the stability of lower limbs of women 's basketball players when performing side-cutting movements. Based on the established injury risk prediction model, the effects of fatigue on high-risk dynamic indicators ( such as knee valgus torque peak, tibial anterior shear force ), kinematic patterns ( such as dynamic knee valgus angle increase, rigid landing ), and muscle activation ( such as H / Q ratio decrease, gluteal muscle delayed activation ) were discussed. |

纳入标准: |
(1)年龄 18–23 岁; (2)每周专项训练≥10小时,训练年限≥3年; (3)受试者为篮球转向国家二级运动员及以上; (4)近1年内无下肢手术史; (5)近6个月内无Ⅱ度及以上损伤或停训≥4周; (6)月经周期规律且测试时不处于月经周期; (7)优势腿为右侧。 |

Inclusion criteria |
( 1 ) Age 18-23 years old ; ( 2 ) Weekly special training ≥ 10 hours, training period ≥ 3 years ; ( 3 ) The subjects were basketball players who turned to national second-level athletes and above ; ( 4 ) There was no history of lower limb surgery in the past 1 year ; ( 5 ) There was no II degree and above injury or suspension of training for more than 4 weeks in the past 6 months ; ( 6 ) Regular menstrual cycle and not in the menstrual cycle at the time of test ; ( 7 ) The dominant leg is on the right side. |

Exclusion criteria: |
( 1 ) physical discomfort or pain on the day of the test ; ( 2 ) the use of drugs affecting neuromuscular function in the past 3 months ; ( 3 ) Have a history of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction or current symptoms of knee instability. |
