研究目的：

本项目旨在探讨儿童日间手术麻醉恢复期体位对术后低氧血症的影响，为需要气道管理的患儿并发症防治和处理提供可靠的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to explore the effect of anesthesia recovery position on postoperative hypoxemia in children undergoing day surgery, and to provide reliable evidence-based medical evidence for the prevention and treatment of complications in children requiring airway management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄1–12岁。 2.美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）分级为Ⅰ–Ⅱ级。 3.无明显心肺功能障碍。 4.需要接受全身麻醉下手术的日间手术患儿，术后转运至恢复室。 5.自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 1 - 12 years old. 2. ASA classification: Grade I - II. 3. No obvious cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction. 4. Children who need to undergo surgery under general anesthesia for day surgery will be transferred to the recovery room after the operation. 5. Voluntary participants in the study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.体重指数（BMI）> 35〔BMI = 体重（kg）/身高m^2〕。 2.术前已存在心动过缓（心率＜50次/分）、低血压（收缩压＜80mmHg）或低氧血症。 3.因既往疾病需要长期或间歇性吸氧。 4.并存有无法耐受动脉血氧饱和度下降或动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO?）波动的疾病，如严重心脑血管疾病、颅内高压或重度肺部疾病。 5.凝血功能障碍或有鼻出血倾向。 6.体位无法变动的患者。 7.近3个月内参加过其他干预类临床研究。 8.研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况。 9.患者或家属不同意参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Body Mass Index (BMI) > 35 [BMI = weight (kg) / height (m)^2]. 2. Preoperative presence of bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/minute), hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 80 mmHg), or hypoxemia. 3. Requires long-term or intermittent oxygen inhalation due to pre-existing diseases. 4. Comorbid with diseases that cannot tolerate a decrease in arterial blood oxygen saturation or fluctuations in arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO?), such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, intracranial hypertension, or severe pulmonary diseases. 5. Coagulation dysfunction or a tendency to nosebleeds. 6. Patients unable to change their body position. 7. Participated in other intervention-based clinical studies within the past 3 months. 8. Other conditions judged by the researcher as not suitable for inclusion. 9. Patients or their families do not consent to participate in the study.

符合纳入标准的患儿进行纳入研究，一位未参与研究实施的独立统计学家使用采用计算机程序产生随机数，区块为4，并按试验中心进行分层，计算机生成的随机化序列并按照1：1的比例随机分配到侧卧位组或仰卧位组。

Children who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study. An independent statistician who was not involved in the implementation of the study used a computer program to generate random numbers, block 4, and stratified according to the test center. The computer-generated randomization sequence was randomly assigned to the lateral position group or the supine position group in a 1 : 1 ratio.
