研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨在高原地区使用一种新型供氧技术——经鼻湿化快速充气通气交换技术（THRIVE），在全麻气管插管过程中是否能够延长患者安全缺氧时间、减少二氧化碳蓄积，并降低胃胀气等并发症的发生风险。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate whether the use of a new oxygen supply technology - the Transnasal Humidification Rapid Inflation Ventilation Exchange Technique (THRIVE) - during general anesthesia tracheal intubation in high-altitude regions can prolong the safe oxygen deprivation time of patients, reduce carbon dioxide accumulation, and lower the risk of complications such as gastric distension.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-65岁 ; 2.ASA分级 I-III; 3.BMI 18-28 kg/m2 ; 4.择期非消化道手术; 5.签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 - 65 years old; 2. ASA classification: I - III 3.BMI 18-28 kg/m^2; 4. Scheduled non-gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.麻醉药物/检查禁忌; 2.胃肠排空障碍; 3.神经精神疾病; 4.已知困难气道; 5.PONV/晕动病史; 6.肝肾功能/心肺功能障碍; 7.妊娠.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anesthetic drugs / examination contraindications; 2. Gastrointestinal emptying disorder; 3. Neuro-psychiatric disorders; 4. Known difficult airway; 5. Postoperative nausea and vomiting / history of motion sickness; 6. Liver and kidney function / cardiac and pulmonary function disorders; 7. Pregnancy.
