研究目的：

基于“生物-心理-社会”医学模型构建结直肠癌术后消化道症状群全周期循证护理模式，并评价该全周期循证护理模式在改善结直肠癌术后患者消化道症状群、心理状态、自我管理能力和生活质量方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the biopsychosocial medical model, a full-cycle evidence-based nursing protocol for postoperative gastrointestinal symptom clusters in colorectal cancer patients was developed, and its effectiveness in improving patients' gastrointestinal symptoms, psychological status, self-management ability, and quality of life was evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学确诊为结直肠癌； 2.首次接受择期根治性手术治疗； 3.年龄18-75岁，性别不限； 4.意识清楚，有基本的沟通和阅读能力； 5.自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically diagnosed with colorectal cancer; 2. Undergoing elective radical surgery for the first time; 3. Aged 18–75 years, regardless of gender; 4. Mentally competent with basic communication and reading abilities; 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.存在严重精神疾病或认知障碍； 2.合并其他严重影响胃肠功能的疾病； 3.急诊手术、姑息性手术或术后发生严重吻合口漏等需要二次手术的严重并发症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 2. Coexisting diseases that severely affect gastrointestinal function; 3. Emergency surgery, palliative surgery, or severe postoperative complications (e.g., major anastomotic leakage) requiring reoperation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

资料收集将在3个时间点进行：基线（T0，出院前）、出院后4周（T1）和出院后12周（T2）。研究者设计病例记录表，通过患者自填电子或纸质问卷、电话访谈及医疗记录提取等方式收集。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection will be conducted at three time points : baseline ( T0, before discharge ), 4 weeks after discharge ( T1 ) and 12 weeks after discharge ( T2 ). The researchers designed a case record form and collected it through patients ' self-filled electronic or paper questionnaires, telephone interviews and medical record extraction.
