Objectives of Study: |
To evaluate the accuracy of AI-based CBCT image segmentation for 3D reconstruction of immediate root-analogue implants under various clinical scenarios (e.g., metal artifacts, tooth defects, periodontal diseases). The study aims to provide quantitative data for 3D-printed personalized implants, optimize the digital workflow, and enhance the predictability and clinical outcomes of immediate implant placement. |

1. Patients scheduled for extraction of a tooth that cannot be preserved. 2. The tooth must be intact (without severe defects and with normal morphology). |

1. Impacted teeth. 2. Teeth with incomplete morphology (e.g., severe caries, tooth fracture). 3. Patients unable to comply with the study procedures. 4. Age under 18 years. 5. Systemic conditions that may affect imaging or surgery (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, osteoporosis). |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
本研究采用混合数据采集与管理方式。 原始数据采集与预处理:患者的CBCT原始DICOM数据由院方影像系统获取。口内扫描(IOS)数据及拔除牙齿的实验室扫描数据由相应设备配套软件生成。所有数据将立即进行去识别化处理(移除患者姓名、ID等直接标识符)并分配唯一研究编号。 数据管理与分析:去识别化后的DICOM数据将上传至本项目专用的 ProAStra 云端软件平台 进行AI分割与三维重建,生成STL模型文件。所有的3D模型文件(STL.0, STL.1, STL.3, STL.4)及后续在 Geomagic Control 软件中生成的偏差分析数据,将使用预先设计的标准化电子数据采集表格(基于 Microsoft Excel 模板或类似工具)进行记录、整理与集中存储。最终数据集将由主要研究者进行核对与锁定,用于统计分析。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
This study adopts a hybrid data collection and management approach. Primary Data Acquisition & Preprocessing: Patient CBCT DICOM data is acquired from the hospital's imaging system. Intraoral scan (IOS) data and laboratory scan data of extracted teeth are generated by the respective device software. All data will be immediately de-identified (removing direct identifiers such as patient name, ID) and assigned a unique study code. Data Management & Analysis: De-identified DICOM data will be uploaded to the project-specific ProAStra cloud-based software platform for AI segmentation and 3D reconstruction, generating STL model files. All 3D model files (STL.0, STL.1, STL.3, STL.4) and subsequent deviation analysis data generated in Geomagic Control software will be recorded, organized, and centrally stored using a pre-designed standardized electronic data capture form (based on a Microsoft Excel template or similar tool). The final dataset will be verified and locked by the principal investigator for statistical analysis. |
