1.系统全面地评估肿瘤科护士职业妥协的现状,包括发生频率、涉及维度(如职业发展、工作安排、人际关系处理等方面的妥协情况)以及程度差异,精准描绘肿瘤科护士在职业道路上所面临的妥协现状全貌。 2.深入剖析影响肿瘤科护士职业妥协的关键因素,着重探究知觉压力、工作嵌入以及职业疲劳与职业妥协之间的内在关联机制、作用路径与影响强度,明确各因素在职业妥协形成过程中的角色与贡献。 3.基于研究成果构建具有针对性和实用性的干预策略框架,旨在为肿瘤护理管理领域提供科学的决策依据,以有效缓解或减少肿瘤科护士不必要的职业妥协现象,提升其职业生活质量,增强职业稳定性与忠诚度,进而优化肿瘤护理团队的整体效能与服务质量,保障肿瘤患者能够获得更为优质、持续且稳定的护理服务。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1.?Conduct a systematic and comprehensive assessment of the current situation of occupational compromise among oncology nurses, including its occurrence frequency, involved dimensions (such as compromises in career development, work arrangement, and interpersonal relationship management), as well as the differences in degree, so as to accurately depict the complete picture of the occupational compromises faced by oncology nurses in their career paths. 2.?Conduct an in-depth analysis of the key factors affecting occupational compromise of oncology nurses, focus on exploring the internal correlation mechanism, action path and influence intensity among perceived stress, job embeddedness, occupational fatigue and occupational compromise, and clarify the role and contribution of each factor in the formation process of occupational compromise. 3.?Construct a targeted and practical intervention strategy framework based on the research results, aiming to provide a scientific decision-making basis for the field of oncology nursing management, so as to effectively alleviate or reduce the unnecessary occupational compromise of oncology nurses, improve their quality of professional life, enhance their occupational stability and loyalty, further optimize the overall efficiency and service quality of the oncology nursing team, and ensure that cancer patients can receive more high-quality, continuous and stable nursing services. |

1.采用便利抽样法,选取本院多院区肿瘤相关科室的护士作为研究对象。 2.纳入标准为在肿瘤科工作>=1年的注册护士。 3.通过与各院区护理部沟通协调,确定符合条件的护士名单。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1.Convenience sampling was adopted to select nurses from oncology-related departments across multiple campuses of our hospital as research subjects. 2.The inclusion criteria were registered nurses with at least 1 year of working experience in oncology departments. 3.Through communication and coordination with the Nursing Department of each campus, the list of eligible nurses was determined. |
