研究目的：

了解定量脑电图分析在阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease，AD）患者精神行为症状（Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia，BPSD）中的脑电模式，以探讨脑电图和阿尔茨海默病精神行为症状的相关性，为临床识别BPSD提供客观的生物依据。并确定脑电图参数是否可用于BPSD内部分组的临床评估。  

Objectives of Study：

Learning the manifestation of quantitative EEG analysis in Behavioral and psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) is to explore the correlation between EEG and psychobehavioral symptoms of Alzheimer's disease,to provide objective biological basis for clinical identification of BPSD, and to determine whether EEG parameters can be used for clinical evaluation of BPSD internal grouping.

纳入标准：

1.符合美国精神病学会的精神统计手册修订第V版中AD的诊断标准； 2.年龄≥55岁； 3.自愿参与或经家属同意参与本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for AD as stipulated in the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association; 2. Age >= 55 years; 3. Voluntary participation or consent from the family members for this study.

排除标准：

1.排除存在严重心、肝、肾等重要器官疾病者； 2.排除能导致痴呆的全身性情况，如甲状腺功能减退、维生素B族或叶酸缺乏、烟酸缺乏、低钙血症、神经梅毒、HIV感染； 3.排除既往有精神障碍如抑郁、精神分裂症等所致认知功能障碍； 4.排除了服用胆碱酯酶抑制剂、苯二氮卓类或抗抑郁药物可能影响脑电图节律的患者； 5.排除近一月内服用了抗精神病药物治疗的患者； 6.排除不能完成检查者； 6.资料缺失20%及以上的问卷，作废处理。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude individuals with severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys. 2. Exclude systemic conditions that can cause dementia, including hypothyroidism, vitamin B complex or folic acid deficiency, niacin deficiency, hypocalcemia, neurosyphilis, and HIV infection. 3. Exclude patients with cognitive impairment caused by prior mental disorders such as depression and schizophrenia. 4. Exclude patients taking cholinesterase inhibitors, benzodiazepines, or antidepressants that may affect electroencephalogram (EEG) rhythms. 5. Exclude patients who received antipsychotic medication within the past month. 6. Exclude those unable to complete the examinations. 6. Questionnaires with 20% or more missing data shall be invalidated.
