研究目的：

自身免疫性胃炎是一种病因不明、复杂且易被忽视的疾病。近年来随着对该疾病的认识不断更新发现其发病率被低估，其在免疫机制、诊断及治疗策略有所提高。现仍面临早期诊断率低，缺乏根治手段等调整。本研究依托厦门市健康医疗大数据中心平台资源，针对该疾病的人口统计学特征、内镜、血清学及病理特征，以及并发症评估进行分析研究，填补厦门地区A型胃炎的流行病学数据空白，揭示该地区A型胃炎的风险模式，推为临床早期诊断及干预提供依据，动区域型胃癌的防控策略优化，有望为区域性疾病防控提供科学依据，最终实现疾病的早发现、早期干预及个体化治疗，助力“健康厦门”战略实施。  

Objectives of Study：

Autoimmune gastritis is a disease of unknown cause, complex in nature, and often easily overlooked. In recent years, with the continuous updating of understanding about this disease, it has been found that its incidence was underestimated, and there have been improvements in understanding its immune mechanisms, diagnosis, and treatment strategies. However, challenges such as low early diagnosis rates and the lack of curative methods still remain. This study utilizes the resources of the Xiamen Health and Medical Big Data Center platform to analyze the demographic characteristics, endoscopic, serological, and pathological features, as well as complication assessments of this disease. It aims to fill the epidemiological data gap of type A gastritis in the Xiamen area, reveal the risk patterns of type A gastritis in this region, and provide a basis for early clinical diagnosis and intervention. Additionally, it seeks to optimize prevention and control strategies for region-specific gastric cancer, offering a scientific basis for regional disease prevention, ultimately achieving early detection, early intervention, and individualized treatment, thereby supporting the implementation of the 'Healthy Xiamen' strategy.

纳入标准：

1. 内镜所见或组织病理学所见或两者都符合 AIG 要求； 2. 血清抗体阳性（PCA 和/或 IFA 阳性）。 同时满足两者为确诊，只满足 1 项为疑诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. Endoscopic findings or histopathological findings or both meet the requirements of AIG; 2. Positive serum antibodies (PCA and/or IFA positive). Both conditions must be met for a confirmed diagnosis, and meeting only one indicates a suspected diagnosis.

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准的病例。
