研究目的：

通过建立研究队列、收集完善患者临床资料并进行长期规律随访，深入分析影响患者术后恢复和疗效的主要因素，优化老年髋部骨折的临床实践诊疗流程。  

Objectives of Study：

By establishing a research cohort, collecting comprehensive clinical data, and conducting long-term regular follow-ups, this study aims to thoroughly analyze the key factors affecting postoperative recovery and treatment outcomes, ultimately optimizing the clinical practice and management of hip fractures in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限，患者年龄＞65 岁； 2.经 X 线片、CT 或 MRI 等影像学检查诊断确诊的髋部骨折，包括股骨颈、粗隆间（转子间）骨折和粗隆下（转子下）骨折； 3.患者自愿参加临床试验并能全程配合所有试验流程； 4.对研究者的沟通可以有正常的理解和语言表达能力，本人或其家属能顺利完成量表内容者。

Inclusion criteria

1.No gender restriction; patients aged >65 years; 2.Hip fracture diagnosed by imaging examinations (X-ray, CT, or MRI), including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures; 3.Patients voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and can fully comply with all study procedures; 4.Patients (or their family members) must have normal comprehension and verbal communication skills to understand the researcher’s instructions and complete the assessment scales.

排除标准：

1. 患有严重或威胁生命的疾病者； 2. 存在严重精神疾患无法配合正常康复； 3. 拒绝加入本实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe or life-threatening medical conditions; 2.Patients with severe mental disorders unable to cooperate with standard rehabilitation; 3.Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
