研究目的：

探究膝骨关节炎患者在跨越三种不同高度障碍物时的下肢生物力学特征，分析全膝关节置换术对下肢运动生物力学相关参数的影响，并以此为依据制定后续康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the biomechanical characteristics of the lower limbs of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee when crossing obstacles of three different heights, to analyze the effects of total knee arthroplasty on the parameters related to lower limb movement biomechanics, and to formulate a follow-up rehabilitation program based on this.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在55岁以上； 2.Kellgren/Lawrence等级为Ⅱ/Ⅲ级； 3.单侧膝骨关节炎或全膝关节置换术患者； 4.VAS评分＞=2； 5.在没有帮助的情况下跨越障碍的能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. age 55 years or older; 2. Kellgren/Lawrence class II/III; 3. patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis or total knee arthroplasty; 4. VAS score>=2; 5. ability to cross barriers without assistance.

排除标准：

1.3个月内行透明质酸/皮质醇注射； 2.髋、踝损伤者； 3.某些原发或继发肌肉疾病（帕金森、肌肉痉挛等）； 4.肥胖者（BMI＞=28）； 5.有精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. hyaluronic acid/cortisol injections within 3 months; 2. those with hip or ankle injuries; 3. certain primary or secondary muscle disorders (Parkinson's, muscle spasms, etc.); 4. those who are obese (BMI >= 28); 5. those with psychiatric disorders.
