研究目的：

1、使用超声技术评估结肠镜检查患者的胃内容量，判断现有的结肠镜检查术前肠道准备指南推荐的2 L PEG方案是否存在反流误吸的风险，探讨更为合适的结肠镜检查术前禁饮时间，提高结肠镜检查患者围麻醉期的安全性。 2、验证当前临床上常用的成人胃内容物定性与定量评估方法是否适用于我国人群，并尝试建立更适用于我国人群的胃内容量超声预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the gastric volume of patients undergoing colonoscopy by ultrasound technology, to determine whether the 2 L PEG regimen recommended by the existing bowel preparation guidelines before colonoscopy has the risk of reflux and aspiration, to explore a more appropriate preoperative fasting time for colonoscopy, and to improve the safety of patients undergoing colonoscopy during the perioperative anesthesia period. 2. To verify whether the current qualitative and quantitative assessment methods of adult gastric contents commonly used in clinical practice are applicable to the Chinese population, and to try to establish a more suitable ultrasonic prediction model of gastric volume for the Chinese population.

纳入标准：

ASA 评级（美国麻醉医师协会）Ⅰ~Ⅱ级，年龄 18~85 周岁，体重 45~110 kg，身高超过 145 cm，能够理解研究程序并提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status ⅰ-ⅱ, aged 18-85 years, weighing 45-110 kg, height over 145 cm,ability to understand the study procedures and provide informed consent.

排除标准：

近期有上消化道出血（1 个月内）；既往曾行胃或食管的手术；已知的上消化道解剖结构异常如胃肿瘤；对耦合剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding (within 1 month); Previous gastric or esophageal surgery; Known upper gastrointestinal anatomical abnormalities such as gastric tumors; Hypersensitivity to couplers.

盲法：

胃肠镜检查前一天的评估及分组由麻醉医师A进行，所有患者均不知道自己所在的分组。在胃肠镜检查当天，由麻醉医师A评估患者是否按照2 L PEG方案饮用导泻液，符合要求的患者将在相应的时间段被带入内镜室，由麻醉医师B进行超声检查及胃内容物分析，该麻醉医师不知道患者所在的分组。

Blinding：

Assessment and group assignment on the day before gastroenteroscopy were performed by anesthesiologist A. All the patients were unaware of their group assignment. On the day of gastroenteroscopy, anesthesiologist A assessed whether patients were drinking cathartic fluids according to the 2-l PEG regimen, and those who met these requirements were brought into the endoscopy room at the same time for ultrasonography and gastric content analysis by anesthesiologist B, who was unaware of the study-group assignments.
