Analyze and verify the expression of relevant targets in human skin scar tissues

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁，小于65岁，性别不限。计划接受瘢痕切除手术的患者。瘢痕形成时间超过6个月，处于稳定期。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged between 18 and 65, of either gender, who plan to undergo scar excision surgery. The scar formation duration exceeds 6 months and is in a stable phase.

排除标准：

妊娠或哺乳期妇女。患有影响伤口愈合的全身性疾病（如未控制的糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病、严重营养不良等）。瘢痕部位存在活动性感染、溃疡或恶性肿瘤。长期服用可能影响纤维化的药物（如全身性糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等）。有放射治疗史的瘢痕。研究者认为不适合参与本研究的任何其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Those with systemic diseases that affect wound healing (such as uncontrolled diabetes, autoimmune diseases, severe malnutrition, etc.). Scars with active infection, ulceration, or malignancy. Long-term use of drugs that may affect fibrosis (such as systemic glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, etc.). Scars with a history of radiation therapy. Any other conditions that the investigator deems unsuitable for participation in this study.
