研究目的：

本研究旨在开发并评估“阳光树”（Sunshine Tree）的初步疗效。该结构化、多理论的团体心理干预方案专为缓解直肠癌放疗（RT）患者照顾者的心理困扰、增强适应性情绪调节能力及减轻感知负担而设计。该干预方案创新性地整合了积极心理学、正念减压疗法及支持性表达团体治疗的理论原则。  

Objectives of Study：

This quasi-experimental study aimed to develop and evaluate the preliminary efficacy of "Sunshine Tree," a structured, multi-theoretical group psychological intervention program, designed to mitigate psychological distress, enhance adaptive emotion regulation, and alleviate perceived burden among caregivers of patients undergoing radiotherapy (RT) for rectal cancer. The intervention uniquely integrates principles from Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Supportive-Expressive Group Therapy

纳入标准：

经组织学确诊为直肠癌、接受根治性或新辅助盆腔放疗的患者的主要正式照护者。

Inclusion criteria

The primary formal caregivers of patients with histologically confirmed rectal cancer who have received radical or neoadjuvant pelvic radiotherapy.

排除标准：

1.认知障碍。2.无法正常沟通。3.无法全程参加本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cognitive impairment. 2. Unable to communicate normally. 3. Unable to participate in the entire course of this research.

Participants allocated to the control condition received the hospital's routine, existing standard of supportive care for family caregivers. This protocol, while supportive, was primarily informational and reactive. It consisted of: (1) an initial ward orientation and provision of general caregiving guidelines; (2) distribution of printed informational pamphlets describing rectal cancer, radiotherapy procedures, and common side effects; (3) access to routine, ad-hoc emotional support and advice from ward nurses during daily clinical rounds—though this was not systematic or structured; and (4) encouragement to consult the attending physician or charge nurse with any immediate patient care concerns. This standard care reflected the typical "treatment-as-usual" scenario in many busy oncology units, where structured psychological support for caregivers is not routinely embedded.
