研究目的：

本项目针对生育力下降，基于夫妇的前瞻性队列研究纵向收集人类生殖敏感窗口期资料和生物标本，以评估孕前女性的环境污染物、营养代谢、生活方式、男方因素等对女性（尤其是高龄妇女）生育能力的影响；同时结合女性人口学、生殖、夫妇的生理特征，通过高维度统计模型，建立中国妇女多因素生育力评估模型，形成适合中国育龄妇女的助孕措施，从而为进一步制定孕前保健干预策略提供有力的科学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project targets the decline in fertility and longitudinally collects data on human reproductive sensitive windows and biological specimens based on a prospective cohort study of couples, to assess the impact of pre-pregnancy environmental pollutants, nutritional metabolism, lifestyle, and male factors on female fertility (especially in older women). At the same time, combining demographic, reproductive, and physiological characteristics of women and couples, a multifactorial fertility assessment model for Chinese women will be established through high-dimensional statistical models. This will form fertility assistance measures suitable for Chinese women of childbearing age, thereby providing strong scientific evidence for further development of pre-pregnancy healthcare intervention strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在25-38岁，正准备或即将备孕第一胎； 2.年龄在30-38岁，正准备或即将备孕第二胎； 3.备孕 0-6 个月（包括刚开始备孕和备孕6个月）夫妇，即备孕时间 ≤6 个月； 4.近期停止避孕且往后一年有规律性生活的夫妇； 5.能够运用普通话交流。

Inclusion criteria

1. Individuals aged 25-38 years, who are preparing or about to prepare for their first pregnancy; 2. Individuals aged 30-38 years, who are preparing or about to prepare for their second pregnancy; 3. Couples who have been trying to conceive for 0-6 months (including those who have just started trying and those who have been trying for 6 months), i.e., trying to conceive time ≤6 months; 4. Couples who have recently stopped using contraception and will have regular sexual activity in the coming year; 5. Individuals who are able to communicate in Mandarin.

排除标准：

1.无保护性性交且规律性生活 6 个月以上的夫妇，即备孕时间 > 6个月； 2.有不孕史的妇女和（或）伴侣； 3.自然流产（包括生化妊娠）≥2 次者； 4.已知患有重大心脏疾病、囊肿性纤维化、癌症、梅毒、艾滋的妇女和伴侣，明确诊断高血压、糖尿病、甲减与甲亢（用药者）、PCOS、子宫内膜异位症等内分泌疾病的妇女； 5.过去 12 个月内行激素节育注射，且过去一个月内服用避孕药等激素类、固醇类、抗惊厥药物或艾滋病、乙型肝炎或丙型肝炎药物； 6.有可能导致认知障碍或无法参与的精神病史或其他精神状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Couples who have had unprotected intercourse and regular sexual activity for more than 6 months, i.e., trying to conceive for >6 months; 2. Women and/or partners with a history of infertility; 3. Individuals who have experienced natural miscarriage (including biochemical pregnancy) ≥2 times; 4. Women and partners known to have significant heart disease, cystic fibrosis, cancer, syphilis, HIV, and those with a definitive diagnosis of hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism (those on medication), PCOS, endometriosis, and other endocrine disorders; 5. Those who have received hormone contraceptive injections in the past 12 months and have taken contraceptive pills or other hormonal, steroid, anticonvulsant, HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C medications in the past month; 6. Individuals with a history of mental illness or other mental conditions that could lead to cognitive impairment or inability to participate.
