研究目的：

（1）描述北京市护士的心理健康（焦虑、抑郁、压力、职业倦怠等）与健康相关行为的现状。 （2）描述北京市护士心理健康与健康相关行为的发生规律和发展轨迹。 （3）探索个人因素、工作场所因素和社会因素对护士心理与健康相关行为的影响及作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To describe the current status of mental health (eg, anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout) and health-related behaviors among nurses in Beijing.(2) To describe the occurrence patterns and developmental trajectories of nurses’ mental health and health-related behaviors in Beijing.(3) To explore the effects of individual, workplace, and social factors on nurses’ mental health and health-related behaviors, and to elucidate the underlying mechanisms.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.持有效护士执业证书；
3.有能力完成网络问卷并自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 years or older;
2.Holding a valid nursing practice license;
3.Able to complete the online questionnaire and willing to provide informed consent;

排除标准：

1.实习或进修护士；
2.调查期间处于长期休假状态（超过1个月）；
3.工作年限不足1年；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Internship or trainee nurses;
2.On long-term leave during the survey period (more than 1 month);
3.Less than 1 year of work experience.
