Objectives of Study：

To explore the possible benefits of low-frequency intermittent fasting patterns in people of normal weight.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-60 岁，男女不限，BMI<24kg/m，在研究开始前体重稳定 3 个月，愿意参加本研究并签署书面知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

age of 18-60 years,
male or female,
body mass index below 24 kg/m^2 with stable weight 3 months prior to the study (<5kg weight lose or gain),
agree to participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

未控制的糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病、癌症、甲状腺疾病、癫痫、偏头痛、严重的肾、肝或胃肠道疾病、暴饮暴食症、抑郁症、曾有减肥手术史，或者正在服用已知会影响食欲或能量代谢的药物，以及服用任何已知会影响脂质或葡萄糖代谢的药物。目前怀孕、计划怀孕或哺乳的妇女也被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, cancer, thyroid disease, epilepsy, migraine, severe kidney, liver or gastrointestinal disease, binge eating disorder, depression, has a history of weight loss surgery, and take any known drugs affecting appetite and energy metabolism, or lipid and glucose metabolism. Women who were currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breast-feeding were also excluded.
