研究目的:

1.探究北京中医医院CAD患者择期PCI围手术期CMD患病率。 2.分析北京中医医院CAD患者择期PCI前后冠状动脉微血管功能变化的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To determine the prevalence of perioperative CMD in patients with CAD undergoing elective PCI at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 2. To identify the factors influencing changes in coronary microvascular function before and after elective PCI in CAD patients at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

纳入标准:

本研究回顾性地收集2021年1月至2024年12月在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院心血管科住院行LAD择期PCI的CAD患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with CAD who underwent elective LAD PCI during hospitalization in the Department of Cardiology were retrospectively identified at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Capital Medical University, from January 2021 to December 2024.

排除标准:

1.LAD完全闭塞的患者。 2.冠状动脉搭桥的患者。 3.左主干病变(左主干直径狭窄率≥50%)或左主干PCI的患者。 4.LAD-PCI未成功或术中出现冠状动脉器质性并发症的患者。 5.冠状动脉溶栓的患者。 6.冠状动脉造影软件分析困难的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with total occlusion of the LAD. 2. Patients with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting. 3. Patients with left main coronary artery disease (defined as diameter stenosis >= 50%) or those who underwent left main PCI. 4. Patients in whom LAD-PCI was unsuccessful or who experienced coronary structural complications during the procedure. 5. Patients who received coronary thrombolysis. 6. Patients whose coronary angiography images were technically unsuitable for software analysis.
