研究目的：

完成GAD多模态专病数据库的搭建与高效融合预处理，基于相关风险因素，探索GAD患者新发抑郁的风险预测因子。综合评估工具以及生理信号（脑电、近红外），综合评估工具以及生理信号（脑电、近红外）多模态生理性指标探索GAD患者新发抑郁的风险因素，完成GAD患者新发抑郁预测模型的构建与内部验证。  

Objectives of Study：

AIComplete the establishment and efficient fusion preprocessing of the GAD multimodal disease-specific database, explore risk predictors for new-onset depression in GAD patients based on relevant risk factors. Utilize comprehensive assessment tools and physiological signals (EEG, near-infrared), and explore risk factors for new-onset depression in GAD patients through multimodal physiological indicators, and complete the construction and internal validation of a prediction model for new-onset depression in GAD patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-5 GAD诊断标准；
2.首次发作；
3.汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale, HAMA）评分≥14 ，且 17 项汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD-17）评分≤14 分；
4.汉族，右利手，年龄 18-65岁；
5.自愿参加，签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 2.First episode; 3.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score is >=14, and the 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score is <=14; 4.Han ethnic group, right-handed, aged 18-65; 5.Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有严重自杀倾向；
2.既往有抑郁症或其他精神疾病史；
3.药物、酒精或其它精神活性物质滥用史；
4.因意识障碍或视力、听力、语言表达及理解障碍而不配合检查或无法完成检查者；
5.伴有严重躯体疾病者 (包括癫痫、严重心肺肝肾功能不全、休克、恶性肿瘤或血液病、 自身免疫性疾病)；
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Serious suicidal tendencies;
2.History of depression or other mental illnesses in the past;
3.History of drug, alcohol, or other psychoactive substance abuse;
4.Those who do not cooperate with the examination or are unable to complete the examination due to consciousness disorders or visual, hearing, language expression, and comprehension disorders;
5.Individuals with severe physical illnesses (including epilepsy, severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, shock, malignant tumors or hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases);
6.Pregnant or lactating women.
