本研究有3个拟解决关键科学问题， 1、夜间光暴露是否与抑郁症患者的睡眠质量存在独立的定量关联？ 2、在抑郁症患者群体中，是否存在对夜间光暴露尤为敏感的易感亚群？ 3.“炎症激活”是否构成潜在的生物学通路？ 通过揭示ALAN暴露与睡眠质量的关系，识别易感人群和敏感性因素，以及探索潜在的炎症反应机制，可以为改善抑郁症患者的睡眠质量和心理健康状态提供新的视角和干预策略。同时，研究成果也将为城市规划和照明设计提供指导，有助于提高公众的整体健康水平，减少由不良睡眠质量引发的公共卫生问题。此外，通过跨学科的合作，本研究有望推动相关领域的科学研究和实践应用，为实现可持续发展目标做出贡献。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to address three key scientific questions: 1) Is there an independent quantitative association between nocturnal light exposure and sleep quality in patients with depression? 2) Are there susceptible subgroups particularly sensitive to nocturnal light exposure within the depressive population? 3) Does "inflammatory activation" constitute a potential biological pathway? By elucidating the relationship between artificial light at night (ALAN) exposure and sleep quality, identifying susceptible populations and sensitivity factors, and exploring the potential inflammatory mechanisms, this study may provide new perspectives and intervention strategies for improving sleep quality and mental health in patients with depression. Furthermore, the findings will inform urban planning and lighting design, contributing to the enhancement of public health and the reduction of public health issues arising from poor sleep quality. Additionally, through interdisciplinary collaboration, this research is expected to advance scientific inquiry and practical applications in related fields, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.知情同意； 2.符合ICD-10中抑郁症的诊断标准，并由两名专业主治医师确诊； 3.年龄18~65岁，小学及以上文化水平； 4.有地理信息； 5.没有性别比例限制。

Inclusion criteria

1.Informed consent;
2.meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in ICD-10 and is confirmed by two attending physicians;
3.aged 18 to 65 years old with an elementary school education or higher;
4.possesses geographic information;
5.no gender ratio restrictions.

排除标准：

1.诊断为精神分裂症、精神活性物质所致障碍等其它精神疾病； 2.合并有神经系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、严重创伤、怀孕或哺乳状态等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with schizophrenia, substance-induced disorders, or other mental illnesses; 2.Accompanied by neurological diseases or malignant tumors.
