1. 主要目标 (1) 开发消化道肿瘤专用AI营养风险预警系统 (2) 构建基于消化道特征的个性化营养管理路径 2. 次要目标 (1) 建立消化道肿瘤营养数据库 (2) 验证智慧化管理对临床结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objectives (1) Develop an AI-based nutritional risk early warning system specifically for digestive tract tumors (2) Establish a personalized nutritional management pathway based on digestive tract characteristics 2. Secondary Objectives (1) Build a nutritional database for digestive tract tumors (2) Verify the impact of intelligent management on clinical outcomes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经病理确诊的食管/胃/结直肠/肝癌/胆囊癌/胰腺癌/胆管恶性肿瘤； 2. 预期生存期>=3 个月； 3. 具备物联网设备使用能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically confirmed esophageal/gastric/colorectal/liver cancer/gallbladder cancer/pancreatic cancer/biliary malignancies; 2. Expected survival period >=3 months; 3. Possess the ability to use Internet of Things (iot) devices.

排除标准：

1. 非消化道原发肿瘤； 2. 孕期及哺乳期患者； 3. 合并慢性肠道炎症性疾病； 4. 存在认知功能障碍不能配合完成随访的； 5. 研究者认为不适合入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-gastrointestinal primary tumors; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Patients with chronic intestinal inflammatory diseases; 4. Patients with cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate to complete the follow-up; 5. Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
