研究目的：

（1）评估在我国校园环境开展PTSD阶梯式认知行为干预（SC-TFCBT）的可行性。 （2）评估该干预方案对缓解青少年PTSD、焦虑症状与抑郁症状的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Evaluate the feasibility of implementing Stepped Care Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (SC-TFCBT) for PTSD intervention in school settings in China. (2)Evaluate the effectiveness of this intervention in alleviating PTSD, anxiety, and depressive symptoms among adolescents.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.10 至 17 岁; 2.曾经遭遇过至少一类创伤事件 (创伤事件发生时间在1个月之前); 3.满足 PCL-5 的完全或部分 PTSD 症状的诊断标准; 4.具备正常的语言接收或表达能力(书面或口头); 5.青少年及其照顾者提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 10 to 17 years old. 2. Experienced at least one type of traumatic event, with the event occurring at least one month prior to the assessment. 3. Meets the full or partial diagnostic criteria for PTSD according to the PCL-5 assessment. 4. Possesses normal language comprehension or expression abilities (written or oral); 5. Informed consent obtained from the adolescents and their caregivers, with voluntary participation.

排除标准：

1.需要紧急医疗干预的严重精神病理状况; 2.存在中度或高度的自杀风险（例如，近期有自杀意图或计划）； 3.除常规治疗外，目前正在接受其他形式的心理健康治疗； 4.表现出语言方面的接收或表达困难(书面或口头)

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe psychopathology requiring urgent medical intervention. 2. Moderate to high suicide risk (e.g., recent suicidal intent or plan); 3. Currently receiving other mental health intervention programs in addition to usual care; 4. Exhibits difficulties in language comprehension or expression (written or oral).

干预组将接受SC-TFCBT干预，干预过程分为两个阶段：首先，参与者进入阶梯式干预的Step One阶段；结束后，对于对干预有反应的个体，将继续实施巩固阶段；对于无反应者，进入Step Two阶段，接受进一步的干预。

The intervention group will receive Stepped Care Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (SC-TFCBT), which consists of two phases. All participants will first undergo Step One, the initial phase of the stepped care intervention. After completing this phase, those who respond to the intervention will proceed to a consolidation phase to reinforce treatment effects, while non-responders will advance to Step Two, where they will receive further intensive intervention.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在本次研究中所有收集的原始数据由专人管理，保证对被试隐私的保密，其他项目组成员均不得接触被试的个人信息。研究将建立3-5人的数据监察委员会，成员为北京师范大学社会学院与政管学院的教授和博士生，对数据进行分析评价，确保试验的完整性和可信度。数据监察委员会在研究前商讨审阅本次研究的试验方案、统计分析计划、研究问卷和知情同意书等重要文件。保证生成的数据准确、及时和完整，每次测量完成后将问卷放置于专门的档案袋中，由委员会专人负责保管。 数据收集完成后，研究团队人员运用Epidata或Excel软件建立数据库，将数据进行录入。在数据录入时，采用抽取一定比例的问卷进行重复录入，并进行核对比较，不一致的地方对照原始数据进行修改。在对数据库进行操作时记录相关内容和人员。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, all the original data collected will be managed by special personnel to ensure the confidentiality of the privacy of the subjects, and other project team members are not allowed to contact the personal information of the subjects. The research will establish a data monitoring committee of three to five members, including professors and doctoral students from the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Beijing Normal University, to analyze and evaluate the data to ensure the integrity and credibility of the experiment. The Data Monitoring Committee discussed and reviewed important documents such as the trial protocol, statistical analysis plan, study questionnaire and informed consent prior to the study. To ensure that the generated data is accurate, timely and complete, the questionnaire will be placed in a special archive after each measurement, and the committee is responsible for keeping it. After data collection, the research team used Epidata or Excel software to establish a database and input the data. During data entry, a certain proportion of questionnaires were extracted for repeated entry, and then checked and compared. Inconsistencies were modified against the original data. Record the relevant content and people when operating on the database.
