研究目的：

1.主要目标 （1）验证非周期性脑电活动与杏仁核反应性的任务诱发变化能否区分抑郁症患者与健康个体，并预测其应对行为及双重任务干扰； 2.次要目标 （1）评估抑郁或高神经质人格中负性记忆情结是否更易被触发； （2）比较静息态与任务诱发的神经标志物作为功能障碍预测指标的差异； （3）探究神经质、杏仁核敏感性、神经黑色素及谷氨酸如何共同塑造应对能力与心理韧性； （4）提供基于生物标志物的抑郁症亚型分类初步证据，依据元控制动力学机制进行分型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objectives (1) To verify whether task-induced changes in non-periodic EEG activity and amygdala reactivity can differentiate between patients with depression and healthy individuals, and predict their coping behaviors and dual-task interference; 2. Secondary Objectives (1) To assess whether negative memory schemas in depression or high neuroticism personalities are more easily triggered; (2) To compare resting-state versus task-induced neural markers as predictors of functional impairment; (3) To explore how neuroticism, amygdala sensitivity, neuromelanin, and glutamate jointly shape coping abilities and psychological resilience; (4) To provide preliminary evidence for the classification of depression subtypes based on biomarkers, classified according to metacontrol dynamic mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.抑郁症患者组入选标准： (1)身体健康； (2)符合DSM-5抑郁障碍临床诊断标准，且处于临床抑郁期； (3)同意进行磁共振扫描； (4)年龄在18-30周岁； (5)愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书； 2.健康对照组入选标准： (1)身体健康，无当前精神疾病诊断； (2)同意进行磁共振扫描； (3)青少年年龄在18-30周岁； (4)愿意参加本研究，签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for the depression patient group: (1) Physically healthy; (2) Meet the DSM-5 clinical diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder and are in the clinical depressive phase; (3) Agree to undergo MRI scanning; (4) Aged 18-30 years; (5) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: (1) Physically healthy, with no current diagnosis of psychiatric disorders; (2) Agree to undergo MRI scanning; (3) Adolescents aged 18-30 years; (4) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患者组排除标准： (1) 双相情感障碍、精神病性障碍； (2)当前物质依赖； (3)严重神经系统疾病（如癫痫）； (4)不稳定的躯体疾病； (5)磁共振检查禁忌证（如金属植入物、心脏起搏器）； (6)妊娠（若不允许进行磁共振检查）； 2.对照组排除标准： 与患者组排除标准相同。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for the patient group: (1) Bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders; (2) Current substance dependence; (3) Severe neurological diseases (e.g., epilepsy); (4) Unstable physical illnesses; (5) Contraindications to MRI (e.g., metal implants, pacemakers); (6) Pregnancy (if MRI is not allowed); 2. Exclusion criteria for the control group: Same as the exclusion criteria for the patient group.
