研究目的：

探讨慢性咳嗽合并UI的相关影响因素、中医病机内在联系及中医证素分布特点，归纳共病的中医证型。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relevant influencing factors, intrinsic relationship of TCM pathogenesis, and distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements in chronic cough combined with urinary incontinence (UI), and summarize the TCM syndrome patterns of this comorbidity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性咳嗽诊断标准； 2.符合尿失禁诊断标准； 3.年龄＞18周岁，性别不限； 4.同意接受调查并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic cough; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for urinary incontinence; 3. Age >18 years, no restriction on gender; 4. Agrees to participate in the survey and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有精神类疾病，或智力缺陷，存在语言交流障碍者，无法独立完成问卷者; 2.研究者认为不适入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with mental illnesses, intellectual disabilities, or language communication disorders who are unable to complete the questionnaire independently; 2. Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
