研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性分析我院接受免气腹经阴道自然腔道内镜手术（vNOTES）行良性妇科附件手术患者的围手术期临床资料，系统描述该术式的手术时间、术中出血情况、术后疼痛程度、胃肠功能恢复时间、术后住院时间及围手术期并发症发生情况，从而综合评估免气腹 vNOTES 技术在良性妇科附件手术中的临床可行性与安全性，并总结其短期围手术期结局特征，为该技术的进一步临床推广及后续开展前瞻性或对照研究提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively analyze the perioperative clinical data of patients who underwent benign gynecological appendage surgery via natural orifice transvaginal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) in our hospital. It systematically describes the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain level, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, postoperative hospital stay, and occurrence of perioperative complications of this surgical method. Thus, it comprehensively assesses the clinical feasibility and safety of the non-invasive gasless vNOTES technique in benign gynecological appendage surgery, and summarizes the short-term perioperative outcome characteristics. This provides an objective basis for the further clinical promotion of this technique and the subsequent conduct of prospective or controlled studies.

纳入标准：

1.有性生活史；
2.符合手术指征并接受良性附件手术并接受免气腹VNOTES者；

Inclusion criteria

1.With a history of sexual activity;
2.Patients selected for gasless VNOTES benign adnexal surgery based on meeting the operative criteria;

排除标准：

1.数据不全者；
2.阴道狭窄者；
3.生殖道畸形；
4.患有阴道感染者；
5.有严重的子宫内膜异位症或曾有盆腔炎症可能存在盆腔严重黏连或子宫直肠凹陷封闭的患者；
6.怀疑恶性者；
7.妊娠者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with incomplete data;
2.Individuals with vaginal stenosis;
3.Individuals with reproductive tract malformations;
4.Individuals with active vaginal infection;
5.Individuals with severe endometriosis or a history of pelvic inflammatory disease who are suspected to have severe pelvic adhesions or obliteration of the pouch of Douglas;
6.Individuals with suspected malignancy;
7.Pregnant individuals;
