研究目的：

通过比较干预前后脑电图（EEG）和功能性近红外光谱（fNIRS）数据，系统评估单次taVNS对健康人吞咽相关皮质功能的影响，探讨其对脑电活动和脑血氧动力学的调节作用，旨在揭示taVNS在吞咽功能调控中的潜在神经生理机制。同时，结合焦虑和抑郁量表，评估其对情绪状态的调节效果，为taVNS的临床应用提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing electroencephalography (EEG) and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) data before and after the intervention, this study systematically evaluates the effects of a single session of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) on swallowing-related cortical function in healthy individuals. It further explores the modulatory effects of taVNS on neural electrical activity and cerebral hemodynamic responses, aiming to elucidate the potential neurophysiological mechanisms underlying its role in the regulation of swallowing function. In addition, anxiety and depression scales are incorporated to assess its impact on emotional states, thereby providing experimental evidence to support the clinical application of taVNS.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.耳廓及外耳道存在活动性疾病； 2.体内植入电子设备； 3.有神经精神疾病史、药物滥用史及孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of active diseases of the auricle and external auditory canal; 2. Implantation of electronic devices in the body; 3. History of neuropsychiatric disorders, substance abuse and pregnant women.
