研究目的：

本项目拟综合运用高通量测序、代谢组学及分子生物学技术，通过动物实验探究卷曲乳杆菌促进 IVF 临床妊娠的分子调控机制；同时，扩大临床入组人数，进一步验证卷曲乳杆菌干预 CE 对提高不孕症患者 IVF 临床妊娠率的作用，为临床应用提供循证支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to employ a comprehensive approach integrating high-throughput sequencing, metabolomics and molecular biology techniques to investigate, through animal studies, the molecular regulatory mechanisms by which Lactobacillus curvatus promotes clinical pregnancy in IVF. Concurrently, by expanding the clinical cohort size, it will further validate the efficacy of Lactobacillus curvatus intervention in improving clinical pregnancy rates in infertile patients undergoing IVF, thereby providing evidence-based support for clinical application.

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-40岁之间，已婚，有规律性生活，未避孕1年以上未成功妊娠； 2.没有慢性腹痛或腰骶部疼痛； 3.未使用过阴道用药及益生菌制剂； 4.其男性伴侣无可引起女性不孕的少、弱、畸、无精症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Between the ages of 20 and 40, married, with regular sexual life, and without contraception for more than 1 year without successful pregnancy; 2. not having chronic abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain; 3. Have not used vaginal medication or probiotic preparations; 4. His male partner does not have oligo, weak, abnormal or azoospermia that causes female infertility.

排除标准：

1. 其他宫腔病变：如宫腔粘连、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫纵隔等子宫畸形； 2.合并有子宫内膜异位症、卵巢肿瘤、输卵管积液； 3. 女性激素异常，有不明原因出血的患者； 4. 或妇科检查有子宫和（或）附件压痛，怀疑有盆腔炎的患者； 5. 合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾功能障碍疾病不宜进行IVF/ICSI治疗或妊娠的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other uterine pathologies: uterine malformations such as uterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids, and longitudinal uterine septum; 2. combination of endometriosis, ovarian tumours, tubal effusion; 3. patients with female hormonal abnormalities and unexplained bleeding; 4. or patients with uterine and/or adnexal pressure and pain in gynaecological examination and suspected pelvic inflammatory disease; 5. patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic and renal dysfunction diseases that are not suitable for IVF/ICSI treatment or pregnancy.
