研究目的：

构建重症脑卒中患者的血糖管理方案，采用类实验研究的方法验证其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to construct the blood glucose management scheme for patients with severe stroke, and verify its effect by using the method of similar experimental research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；2.符合重症脑卒中的诊断标准之一;3.入 ICU 后 4ｈ内任意２次或２次以上随机血糖>10mmol/L，采用胰岛素静脉泵入治疗的患者；4.患者家属同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. It meets one of the diagnostic criteria of severe stroke; 3. Patients with random blood glucose>10mmol/l for any two or more times within 4h after admission to ICU were treated with insulin intravenous pump; 4.The family members of the patients agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期患者；2.医嘱使用胰岛素皮下注射或者口服降糖药进行血糖控制的患者；3.外院转入脑卒中患者；4.伴恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、血液系统疾病等严重疾病；5.近期服用激素或免疫抑制剂的患者；6.入住ICU时间＜24h。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients during pregnancy; 2. Patients who are instructed to use insulin subcutaneous injection or oral hypoglycemic drugs for blood glucose control; 3.Stroke patients transferred from other hospitals; 4.With malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, hematological diseases and other serious diseases; 5.Patients taking hormone or immunosuppressant recently; 6. Stay in ICU<24h.
