研究目的：

证实 TIP 治疗技术-催眠联合心智化家庭治疗,改善儿童青少年情绪行为问题有明确疗效。制定一套适合我省实际情况的儿童青少年情绪行为问题的干预模式，在全省推广应用  

Objectives of Study：

Confirm that the TIP treatment technique - hypnosis combined with mindfulness family therapy - has a clear therapeutic effect on improving emotional and behavioral problems in children and adolescents. Develop a set of intervention models suitable for the actual situation in our province for addressing emotional and behavioral issues in children and adolescents, and promote their application throughout the province.

纳入标准：

符合 DSM-V抑郁障碍的诊断标准；年龄在 12-18 岁；初中以上文化；半年内无电抽搐治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder as defined in DSM-V; aged between 12 and 18 years; with a high school education or above; and has not received electroconvulsive therapy within the past six months.

排除标准：

严重精神疾病；认知障碍者；心、肝、肾功能异常者；针刺禁忌证者；药物、酒精依赖者；重大精神创伤史；精神发育迟滞者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe mental illness; individuals with cognitive impairments; those with abnormal functions of heart, liver and kidneys; those with contraindications for acupuncture; those with drug or alcohol dependence; those with a significant history of mental trauma; individuals with mental retardation.

干预措施：

对干预组的患者进行 TIP 治疗，每个家庭 12 次，每次 90 分钟，每周一次，连续三个月。对照组:单纯药物组 50人，药物组予以盐酸舍曲林，生产厂家:浙江华海药业。每日 25mg 起始，逐渐增加至 200mg/日。入组后1月，2月，3月时点对所有入组患者进行，心理问卷评估，1月，3月查心电图、肝肾功、血常规。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

For the patients in the intervention group, TIP treatment was administered, 12 times per family, each session lasting 90 minutes, once a week, for a total of three months. Control group: 50 people in the drug-only group. The drug group was given sertraline hydrochloride. The manufacturer: Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical. The dosage started at 25mg per day and gradually increased to 200mg per day. At the time points of 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after enrollment, psychological questionnaires were conducted for all enrolled patients. Electrocardiograms, liver and kidney functions, and blood routine tests were conducted at 1 month, 3 months.
