研究目的：

1、构建高质量、多模态的CKD患者血管钙化数据集 2、开发与优化基于机器学习的血管钙化预测模型 3、对最优模型进行内部与外部验证 4、开发临床辅助决策工具原型并进行初步应用探索  

Objectives of Study：

1. Construct a high-quality and multimodal vascular calcification dataset for patients with CKD. 2. Develop and optimize a machine learning-based predictive model for vascular calcification. 3. Conduct internal and external validation of the optimal model. 4. Develop a prototype of clinical decision support tool and conduct preliminary application exploration.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合慢性肾脏病的诊断标准； 2、年龄≥18岁； 3、规律性透析时间＞90天； 4、透析频率≥3 次/周； 5、患者曾于2015年4月-2024年12月之间曾行冠脉CT检查

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease (CKD); 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Regular dialysis duration of more than 90 days; 4. Dialysis frequency of at least 3 times per week; 5. Underwent coronary CT examination between April 2015 and December 2024.

排除标准：

1、透析龄≤90天； 2、年龄＜18岁； 3、于2015年4月-2024年12月之间未行冠脉CT检查

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dialysis vintage <= 90 days; 2. Aged < 18 years; 3. No coronary CT examination performed between April 2015 and December 2024.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究为回顾性资料分析，所有研究数据均来源于医院常规诊疗产生的结构化 / 半结构化资料，无需设计和使用专用 CRF 表，通过制定标准化数据提取表，统一数据调取、录入的字段与标准，确保数据收集的一致性和完整性，提取表涵盖人口学资料、临床资料、影像学检查、实验室检查、透析相关资料五大类研究所需信息，与研究方案中的资料收集内容完全对应。所有源文件（签署的知情同意书、原始CRF、培训记录等）均按受试者编号顺序整理归档，保存至研究结束后至少10年，以备稽查。电子数据定期在安全的服务器上进行备份。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is a retrospective data analysis, and all research data are derived from structured/semi-structured data generated by the hospital's routine clinical diagnosis and treatment. No special Case Record Form (CRF) is designed or used. A standardized data extraction form is formulated to unify the fields and standards for data retrieval and entry, ensuring the consistency and completeness of data collection. The extraction form covers five categories of information required for the study, namely demographic data, clinical data, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and dialysis-related data, which are fully consistent with the data collection content specified in the research protocol. All source documents (signed informed consent forms, original CRFs, training records, etc.) are sorted and filed in the order of subject numbers and preserved for at least 10 years after the completion of the study for audit purposes. Electronic data are regularly backed up on secure servers.
