分析AI语音助手在老年卧床患者 VTE 健康宣教中的应用效果，解决临床护理人力紧张导致的宣教不到位问题  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the application effect of AI voice assistant in VTE health education for elderly bedridden patients, and solve the problem of inadequate education caused by the shortage of clinical nursing manpower

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥60 岁的住院患者； 2.连续卧床或活动受限 ≥72 h； 3.预计住院时间 ≥7 d； 4.意识清楚，具备基本理解和交流能力，能够接受语音形式的健康宣教； 5.padua风险评估≥4分 6.患者本人或法定代理人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hospitalized patients aged >= 60 years old; 2. Continuous bed rest or restricted mobility for >= 72 hours; 3. Expected hospitalization time >= 7 days; 4. Clear consciousness, basic understanding and communication skills, able to receive health education in voice form; 5. Padua risk assessment score >= 4 6. with informed consent from the patient or legal representative.

排除标准：

1.入组前已确诊静脉血栓栓塞症者； 2.存在严重认知功能障碍、谵妄或精神疾病，无法配合研究者； 3.存在踝泵运动禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with venous thromboembolism before enrollment; 2. Has severe cognitive impairment, delirium, or mental illness, and is unable to cooperate with researchers; 3. Individuals with contraindications to ankle pump exercise.
