主要目的： 本试验旨在评估优化后的二次传递（经济激励、亲社会激励）在促进肝炎高危人群中推广 HBV/HCV 检测的有效性以及干预的成本效益。 次要目的： 1.评估干预的实施过程，主要包括干预措施的可接受性、可行性和干预测量的适当性。 2.评估经济激励、亲社会激励在社会网络二次传递过程中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of optimized secondary transmission (financial incentives, prosocial incentives) in promoting HBV/HCV testing among high-risk populations for hepatitis, as well as the cost-effectiveness of the intervention. Secondary Objectives: 1. To assess the implementation process of the intervention, mainly including the acceptability, feasibility, and appropriateness of the intervention measures. 2. To evaluate the mechanisms of financial incentives and prosocial incentives in the process of secondary transmission within social networks.

纳入标准：

1、年龄 18 岁或以上 2、既往或现在乙肝表面抗原阳性；或现在丙肝现症感染者 3、清楚表达同意参加本研究的意愿并签署知情同意书 4、认知功能正常，能独立阅读并完成问卷 5、常居地为江苏省或广东省

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or older 2. Previously or currently hepatitis B surface antigen positive; or currently infected with hepatitis C 3. Clearly express the willingness to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form 4. Normal cognitive function, able to read independently and complete the questionnaire 5. Permanent residence in Jiangsu Province or Guangdong Province

排除标准：

1.年龄18岁以下； 2.从未感染过乙肝或丙肝； 3.无法或不愿意提供知情同意书； 4.认知功能异常，无法独立完成问卷； 5.既往未参与包括本项目在内的社交网络肝炎干预；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Aged under 18 years; 2.No history of HBV or HCV infection; 3.Unable or unwilling to provide informed consent; 4.Impaired cognitive function, resulting in the inability to independently complete the questionnaire; 5.No prior participation in social network–based hepatitis interventions, including the present study;

本研究采用金数据电子数据采集平台进行数据收集。研究对象通过在线方式填写研究问卷，相关数据在问卷完成时自动录入系统。研究数据仅限经授权的研究人员通过受密码保护的专用研究账户访问。数据在传输过程中采用加密方式，以保障数据安全。研究数据导出后仅用于本研究目的，并存储于受密码保护的计算机或服务器中，仅限研究团队成员访问。研究过程中，研究团队将定期对数据质量进行管理与核查，包括对数据完整性及基本逻辑一致性的检查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected through the Gold Data electronic data capture system. Study questionnaires will be completed online, with responses recorded in the system upon submission. Data access will be limited to authorized study personnel via password-protected accounts. Encrypted connections will be used during data transmission. Exported data will be used exclusively for research purposes and stored on password-protected computers or servers accessible only to the study team. The study team will periodically review data quality, including completeness and internal consistency.
