研究目的：

1.构建简便易行适用于晚期肺癌患者的碎片化运动干预方案。 2.评价晚期肺癌患者碎片化运动干预方案可行性、可接受性。 3.初步探索碎片化运动干预对晚期肺癌患者运动依从性、运动自我效能、呼吸与运动功能、衰弱程度和生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a simple and feasible fragmented exercise intervention plan applicable to patients with advanced lung cancer. 2. Evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the fragmented exercise intervention plan for patients with advanced lung cancer. 3. Preliminarily explore the effects of fragmented exercise intervention on the exercise compliance, exercise self-efficacy, respiratory and exercise functions, frailty degree and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床内镜及病理学明确诊断为TNM分期处于ⅢB（不可手术）-Ⅳ期（T1-4，N0-3，M1a/b）NSCLC或SCLC患者； 2.年龄>=18岁； 3.KPS功能状态评分>=60分； 4.经医生评估适合参与且预计生存期大于等于12个月； 5.知晓诊断，自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with NSCLC or SCLC at the TNM stage of ⅢB (inoperable) - Ⅳ (T1-4, N0-3, M1a/b) through clinical endoscopy and pathology; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. KPS functional status score >= 60 points; 4. Evaluated by the doctor as suitable for participation and expected survival period >= 12 months; 5. Aware of the diagnosis and voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

脑/骨转移晚期肺癌患者、长期骨髓抑制患者、抗凝治疗期间患者、充血性心力衰竭患者、认知功能障碍患者（经MoCA测试<26分），有规律运动习惯者或存在运动禁忌症者，下肢骨科疾病患者，参与类似相关研究者，上述排除标准通过病例信息获取确认。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with advanced lung cancer with brain/bone metastases, patients with long-term bone marrow suppression, patients undergoing anticoagulation therapy, patients with congestive heart failure, patients with cognitive dysfunction (with a MoCA score < 26), regular exercisers or those with exercise contraindications, patients with lower extremity orthopedic diseases, participants in similar related studies, all the above exclusion criteria were confirmed through case information.

由一名不参与研究实施和数据分析的课题组成员使用R软件（V4.3.3）生成随机分配表。采用区组长度为4或6的可变区组随机化方法，按1:1比例分配试验组与对照组，并在生成随机序列前设置固定种子以保证可复现性。随机分配表包含受试者编号与对应分组信息。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A member of the research team who was not involved in the implementation of the study and data analysis used the R software (version 4.3.3) to generate the random allocation table. The variable block randomization method with block lengths of 4 or 6 was employed to allocate the experimental group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio. A fixed seed was set before generating the random sequence to ensure reproducibility. The random allocation table included the subject numbers and the corresponding group information.
