研究目的：

本研究的目的是进一步阐明消化链球菌（尤其是 Peptostreptococcus stomatis）及其特征性代谢产物反式 - 3 - 吲哚丙烯酸（IDA）在大肠癌发生发展中的病原学作用，具体通过临床样本多组学分析解析二者对大肠癌的调控作用、体外实验明确消化链球菌调控 IDA 生成发挥的促癌作用、体内实验验证二者诱发大肠癌的作用，从而从菌群代谢微环境视角揭示消化链球菌的致大肠癌作用机制，为大肠癌的预防和治疗提供新研究思路，为开发基于菌群代谢干预的精准抗癌疗法提供理论依据与转化靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to further clarify the etiological role of Peptostreptococcus (especially Peptostreptococcus stomatis) and its characteristic metabolite trans-3-indoleacrylic acid (IDA) in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Specifically, through multi-omics analysis of clinical samples, the regulatory effects of both on colorectal cancer will be analyzed; in vitro experiments will clarify the pro-cancer effect of Peptostreptococcus by regulating IDA production; in vivo experiments will verify the role of both in inducing colorectal cancer. Thus, from the perspective of the microbial metabolic microenvironment, the mechanism by which Peptostreptococcus causes colorectal cancer will be revealed, providing new research ideas for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer, and offering theoretical basis and transformation targets for the development of precise anti-cancer therapies based on microbial metabolic intervention.

纳入标准：

1.大肠癌患者需经病理确诊且本人或其代理人签署知情同意书；
2.健康志愿者需肠镜检查结果显示无肠道病变且本人或其代理人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with colorectal cancer need to be pathologically diagnosed and sign an informed consent form by themselves or their agents;
2.Healthy volunteers need to have colonoscopy results showing no intestinal lesions and sign the informed consent form themselves or their agents;

排除标准：

1.合并心、脑、血管、呼吸系统等重大疾病患者；
2.合并高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病患者；
3.合并克罗恩病、溃疡性结直肠炎等其他肠道疾病患者；
4.患有精神疾病或认知、沟通功能障碍患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with major diseases of the heart, brain, blood vessels, respiratory system, etc;
2.Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes;
3.Patients with other intestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative proctitis;
4.Patients with mental illness or cognitive and communication dysfunction;
