研究目的：

本项目旨在收集“开滦研究人群”的最新数据（包括血压、血糖、血脂等），系统性地调查上述心血管危险因素的综合达标现状，并深入探讨其与动脉僵硬度的关联及对长期心血管预后的影响。推动临床实践从“单一危险因素管理”向“多重风险综合管理”的范式转变，为实现更早期的风险预警和更精准的个体化防控提供决策依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to collect the latest data from the Kailuan Study (including blood pressure, blood glucose, lipid profiles, etc.), systematically investigate the current status of comprehensive achievement of the above cardiovascular risk factors, and delve into their associations with arterial stiffness as well as their impact on long-term cardiovascular outcomes. The initiative seeks to promote a paradigm shift in clinical practice from "single-risk-factor management" to "comprehensive multiple-risk-factor management," providing a decision-making basis for earlier risk warning and more precise individualized prevention and control.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.签署知情同意书；
3.开滦集团公司在职或离退休员工；
4.曾经至少参加过一次开滦集团公司员工健康体检；

Inclusion criteria

1.aged 18 years or older;
2.provided signed informed consent;
3.currently employed or retired employees of the Kailuan Group;
4.had participated in at least one employee health examination organized by the Kailuan Group;

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍者；
2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
3.无法配合完成相关检查（如动态血压监测、臂踝脉搏波传导速度）者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.having severe mental illness or cognitive impairment;
2.being pregnant or lactating;
3.being unable to cooperate with completing relevant examinations (such as ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity measurement);
