研究目的：

调查肠道菌群组成及多样性与接受胚胎植入前遗传学检测（PGT）冷冻胚胎移植周期患者持续妊娠率之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the association between gut microbiota composition and diversity and the ongoing pregnancy rate in patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer cycles with preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.PGT-SR/M有正常信号囊胚移植者； 2.同意在FET期间提供粪便与血液标本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Recipients of PGT-SR/M euploid blastocyst transfer; 2. Willing to provide fecal and blood specimens during the FET cycle.

排除标准：

1.存在未纠正的影响胚胎着床和持续妊娠的疾病状态，如中重度输卵管积水、子宫畸形、重度腺肌病、直径4cm以上子宫肌瘤、移植日内膜厚度＜7mm； 2.存在未纠正的CAH、甲减/甲亢、糖尿病等内分泌/代谢性疾病，存在未纠正的抗心凝脂综合征、干燥综合征、风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病； 3.近5年内有重大胃肠手术史和/或胃肠切除史； 4.持续性、传染性胃肠炎； 5.采样前一个月内使用抗生素、糖皮质激素等药物，益生元等膳食补充剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncorrected disease states affecting embryo implantation and sustained pregnancy, such as moderate to severe hydrosalpinx, uterine malformation, severe adenomyosis, uterine fibroids with diameter ≥4 cm, endometrial thickness <7 mm on the day of transfer; 2. Uncorrected endocrine/metabolic diseases such as CAH, hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or uncorrected autoimmune diseases such as antiphospholipid syndrome, Sj?gren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis; 3. History of major gastrointestinal surgery and/or bowel resection within the past 5 years; 4. Persistent or infectious gastroenteritis; 5. Use of antibiotics, glucocorticoids, or other medications, as well as dietary supplements such as prebiotics within one month prior to sampling.
