本研究旨在探讨能谱CT在人体铁浓度定量测量中的应用价值及其与铁相关疾病的关联。作为一种新兴的医学成像技术，能谱CT具备多参数成像与物质分离的独特能力。通过系统分析能谱CT所测得的铁浓度数据，本研究期望为进一步理解铁代谢异常相关疾病的诊断与评估提供影像学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the application value of spectral CT in the quantitative measurement of iron concentration in the human body and its association with iron-related diseases. As an emerging medical imaging technology, spectral CT has the unique capability of multi-parameter imaging and material separation. By systematically analyzing iron concentration data obtained from spectral CT, this study hopes to provide imaging evidence for further understanding the diagnosis and evaluation of diseases related to abnormal iron metabolism.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁； 2.能谱CT扫描。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years; 2. Spectral CT scan.

排除标准：

1、图像质量不佳（运动伪影严重、信噪比过低）。 2、临床资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor image quality (severe motion artifacts, excessively low signal-to-noise ratio). 2. Clinical data is missing.
