Comparing the Impact of Different Transfer Protocols on Live Birth Rates Following the First Embryo Transfer in Infertile Women with Positive Antiphospholipid Antibodies

纳入标准：

1.有ART指征且拟行IVF-ET的20岁≤年龄≤40岁且aPL阳性的能够自己阅读、理解并签署知情同意书的女性。

Inclusion criteria

1.Women aged 20-40 years with indications for ART who are scheduled for IVF-ET, test positive for aPL, and are capable of independently reading, understanding, and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.小于20岁、大于40岁 宫腔粘连史 PGT周期 多囊卵巢综合症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Less than 20 years old, older than 40 years old, history of intrauterine adhesions, PGT cycles, polycystic ovary syndrome.
