研究目的：

比较局部糖皮质激素（0.1%曲安奈德口腔软膏）联合亚甲基蓝介导的光动力疗法治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床有效率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy of local glucocorticoids (0.1% triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment) combined with methylene blue-mediated photodynamic therapy in the treatment of erosive lichen planus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①有能力进行知情同意并签署知情同意书；②年龄大于18岁（含临界值）；③经临床与组织病理学诊断，符合WHO 2003诊断标准的糜烂型OLP；④口内黏膜出现糜烂/溃疡损害且损害面积≥5mm^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Be capable of giving informed consent and signing the informed consent form;2. Age over 18 years old (including the critical value); 3. Erosive OLP that was diagnosed clinically and histopathologically and met the diagnostic criteria of WHO 2003; 4. Erosion/ulcerative damage occurs on the oral mucosa and the affected area is >=5mm ^2.

排除标准：

①患有未经控制的高血压、心脏病、糖尿病或其他全身系统性疾病；②伴有其他口腔黏膜疾病；③3个月内接受过免疫治疗或1周内接受过OLP的局部或全身治疗；④明确诊断为药物性苔藓样损害者；⑤疑似接触性苔藓样损害的患者； ⑥与肿瘤相关的口腔苔藓样损害患者，包括放疗、化疗等诱发的口腔苔藓样损害患者；⑦孕期或哺乳期患者；⑧对曲安奈德与亚甲基蓝过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, diabetes or other systemic diseases; 2. Accompanied by other oral mucosal diseases; 3. Received immunotherapy within 3 months or received local or systemic treatment of OLP within 1 week; 4. Those who have been clearly diagnosed with drug-induced lichenoid damage; 5. Patients suspected of having contact lichenoid lesions; 6. Patients with oral lichenoid damage related to tumors, including those with oral lichenoid damage induced by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. People allergic to triamcinolone acetonide and methylene blue.

本研究采用分层区组随机法，以中心分层，各中心内采用区组随机法，采用SAS9.2 的Proc Plan 过程生成随机数字表。随机化过程中所设定的区组长度、种子数和SAS 程序将一同保存在随机化过程记录中，以保证该随机号编码具有可重现性

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

In this study, the stratified block randomization method was adopted. Stratified by centers, the block randomization method was used within each center, and a random number table was generated using the Proc Plan process of SAS9.2. The block length, seed number and SAS program set during the randomization process will be saved together in the randomization process record to ensure the reproducibility of the random number code. The envelope method was used for random allocation and hiding. After the research participants were screened and qualified, they were given random numbers.
