研究目的：

通过比较亿口伢抗敏护齿牙膏、舒适达牙膏与普通牙膏对牙本质敏感症抗敏效果，观察亿口伢抗敏护齿牙膏缓解牙本质敏感症的临床效果，为治疗牙本质过敏症及口腔卫生宣教提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the anti-sensitivity effects of Yikouya Anti-Sensitivity and Tooth Protection Toothpaste, Sensodyne toothpaste and ordinary toothpaste on dentin hypersensitivity, the clinical effect of Yikouya Anti-Sensitivity and Tooth Protection Toothpaste in alleviating dentin hypersensitivity was observed, providing a reference for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity and oral health education.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄范围在18-65岁； 2.全身健康状况良好，试验期间能遵照医嘱按时复诊，并签署知情同意书； 3.至少有1个罹患牙本质敏感的牙齿,对10 g-50 g的触觉刺激敏感,和(或)冷空气刺激计数值>= 2； 4.参加本研究前一个月内未使用下列药物:抗惊厥药、抗组织胺药、抗忧郁药物、镇静剂、安定剂； 5.未使用其他抗牙本质敏感牙膏；未同时参加其他类似临床研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 65 years old; 2.Good overall health, able to follow medical advice and attend follow-up visits on time during the trial period, and sign the informed consent form; 3.At least one tooth with dentin hypersensitivity, sensitive to tactile stimulation of 10 g - 50 g, and/or a cold air stimulation score of >= 2; 4.No use of the following drugs within one month before participating in this study: anticonvulsants, antihistamines, antidepressants, sedatives, and tranquilizers; 5.No use of other desensitizing toothpaste; not participating in other similar clinical studies simultaneously.

排除标准：

1.受检者有严重的口腔疾病、慢性病或对试验用的牙膏产品有过敏反应； 2.牙周病进展期，或最近1年内曾接受过牙周治疗（含牙周手术治疗）； 3.敏感牙齿的松动度＞1； 4.牙齿有大面积充填体或冠,疑有牙髓炎、龋病、釉质隐裂,可摘局部义齿的基牙； 5.对口腔保健用品或其成分有过敏史或有特异质反应； 6.妊娠期和哺乳期的女性

Exclusion criteria：

1.The examinee has severe oral diseases, chronic diseases or has an allergic reaction to the test toothpaste product; 2.In the advanced stage of periodontal disease, or has received periodontal treatment (including periodontal surgery) within the last 1 year. ; 3.Loose teeth with a degree of looseness greater than 1; 4.Teeth with extensive fillings or crowns, suspected of having pulpitis, caries, enamel cracks, and as abutment teeth for removable partial dentures; 5.Have a history of allergy to oral hygiene products or their components, or have a specific reaction; 6.Pregnant or lactating women
