研究目的：

本课题拟研究老年患者胸科手术术后心血管并发症的危险因素以及基于机器学习算法构建胸科患者术后心血管并发症的预测模型，应用于临床，及早识别及干预高危患者，降低术后心血管并发症的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

This research topic aims to study the risk factors for cardiovascular complications after thoracic surgery in elderly patients, and to construct a prediction model for postoperative cardiovascular complications in thoracic patients based on machine learning algorithms. The model will be applied in clinical practice to identify and intervene with high-risk patients early, thereby reducing the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular complications.

纳入标准：

1.行胸科手术（包括开胸和胸腔镜手术）的患者; 2.年龄≥65岁; 3.ASA分级≥Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing thoracic surgery (including open chest surgery and thoracoscopic surgery); 2. Age >=65 years old; 3. ASA classification >=Ⅱ grade.

排除标准：

1.病历资料不全者; 2.同期接受心脏手术或急诊手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with incomplete medical records; 2. Patients who underwent concurrent cardiac surgery or emergency surgery.
