研究目的：

通过监测ECMO患者的脑血流自动调节（CA）功能，根据脑氧合指数（COx）制定个体化的血压管理方案，评估基于脑自动调节导向的个体化最优血压管理方案对神经预后的影响，并探讨其部分机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By monitoring the cerebral autoregulation(CA) of ECMO patients and formulating individualized blood pressure management strategy based on cerebral oxygenation index(COx), we assess the effect of the individualized optimal blood pressure management strategy guided by cerebral autoregulation on neurological prognosis, and explore some of its underlying mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.进行 VA-ECMO 治疗者； 3. 预计ICU住院时间>=72h； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old; 2. Those undergoing VA-ECMO treatment; 3. The estimated length of stay in the ICU is no less than 72 hours. 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.影响 NIRS 监测结果的情况，包括：涉及额叶病变的手术，前额叶挫裂伤，双侧额部的头皮血肿，去骨瓣减压术，硬膜下或硬膜外血肿、积液、积气，脑出血，颅内肿瘤，颅内感染、脑梗死 2.妊娠期及恶性肿瘤晚期的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Conditions interfering with NIRS: frontal lobe surgery, frontal contusion, bilateral forehead hematoma, decompressive craniectomy, subdural/epidural hematoma, effusion, pneumocephalus, intracerebral hemorrhage, intracranial tumor, intracranial infection, cerebral infarction. 2.Pregnancy or advanced malignancy
