研究目的：

1.明确PO-AKI发生的独立危险因素，进而构建并内。部验证一个简洁、实用的风险预测模型，并在该模型基础上同时开发简易评分量表。 2.为早期识别高危患者、指导围术肾脏保护策略的精准实施提供便捷、普适的循证依据，最终改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the independent risk factors for PO-AKI, then construct and internally validate a simple and practical risk prediction model, and simultaneously develop a simple scoring scale based on this model. 2. Provide convenient and universal evidence-based basis for the early identification of high-risk patients and the precise implementation of perioperative renal protection strategies, ultimately improving patient prognosis.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥18岁 2.择期行肝切除术（包括开腹、腹腔镜手术） 3.术前临床资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Scheduled for liver resection (including open surgery and laparoscopic surgery) 3. Complete preoperative clinical data available

排除标准：

1.术前已存在终未期肾病 （ESRD） 或正接受规律肾脏替代治疗（RT） 2.急诊手术 3.联合其他主要胜器切除（如胰十三指肠切除术、结直肠癌联合切除术等） 4.临床资料严重缺失，无法判断是否发生 AKI

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative end-stage renal disease (ESRD) already existed or regular renal replacement therapy (RT) was being received. 2. Emergency surgery. 3. Combined with other major organ resections (such as pancreaticoduodenectomy, combined colorectal cancer resection, etc.). 4. Clinical data is severely lacking, making it impossible to determine whether AKI occurred.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study is a retrospective study. The data were sourced from the hospital electronic medical record system (EMR), the surgical anesthesia information system (AIMS), and the nursing information system (NIS). Standardized data collection forms were used to extract data from the management system (Electronic Data Capture system), and the data were organized using Excel and analyzed using Python. The data were saved in an anonymized form on the researchers' encrypted computers.
