研究目的：

肺炎克雷伯杆菌感染发病率高，死亡率高，引起社会广泛关注。目前有关肺炎克雷伯杆菌感染的临床特征和危险因素结论并不一致。所以我们重新分析其临床特征、危险因素，进行预后分析。试图发现其危险因素，及早进行干预，降低其死亡率，为临床治疗及诊断提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The incidence and mortality rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection are high, attracting widespread public attention. Currently, the conclusions regarding the clinical characteristics and risk factors of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection are inconsistent. Therefore, we re-analyze its clinical characteristics and risk factors, conduct a prognosis analysis, and attempt to identify the risk factors, aiming to intervene early and reduce the mortality rate, thereby providing a basis for clinical treatment and diagnosis.

纳入标准：

纳入研究的患者必须符合BSI的定义。对于同一患者多次血培养呈阳性的病例，仅记录第一次阳性结果的数据以供后续统计分析

Inclusion criteria

Patients included in the study were required to meet the BSI definition. For cases in which the same patient had multiple positive blood cultures, only data from the first positive result were recorded for subsequent statistical analysis

排除标准：

排除标准如下：1.年龄<18岁；2.不完整或缺失的病例数据；3.24小时内放弃；4.考虑非致病菌。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were as follows: 1.age<18 years; 2. incomplete or missing case data; 3. discharge within 24 hours; 4. non-pathogenic bacteria considered.
