拟建立基于多模态影像的瓣膜性心脏病综合评估体系，优化诊断及预后分层，探索影像特征与血液/瓣膜组织标本分子标志物的关联，揭示疾病诊断、进展、预后相关机制  

Objectives of Study：

The study is proposed to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for valvular heart disease based on multimodal imaging, optimize diagnosis and prognostic stratification, explore the correlation between imaging features and molecular markers in blood or valvular tissue specimens, and reveal the mechanisms related to disease diagnosis, progression, and prognosis

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>=18岁 （2）符合瓣膜性心脏病的超声心动图诊断标准 （3）影像图像符合分析要求

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age >=18 years old (2) Valvular heart disease that meets the diagnostic criteria of echocardiography (3) The image meets the analysis requirements

排除标准：

（1）图像质量较差，由研究者判断为不适合入组患者 （2）既往接受心脏移植 （3）先天性心脏病 （4）肥厚性心肌病 （5）扩张性心肌病 （6）妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Poor image quality, judged by the researcher as unsuitable for inclusion in the study group (2) Previously underwent heart transplantation (3) Congenital heart disease (4) Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (5) Dilated cardiomyopathy (6) Pregnancy
