研究目的：

本研究为一项单中心、前瞻性、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的优效性临床试验。旨在评估超声穿刺引导下双侧竖脊肌平面阻滞（ESPB）对腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a single-center, prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled efficacy clinical trial. It aims to evaluate the effect of ultrasound-guided bilateral erector spinae plane block (ESPB) on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18-80 岁； 2. 18.5kg/m2≤BMI＜28kg/m2； 3. 美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级 I-III 级； 4. 拟行择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术（预计手术时间<2 小时）； 5. 患者及其家属已充分了解研究内容，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years; 2. 18.5 kg/m2 <= BMI < 28 kg/m2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; 4. Planned elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy (expected surgery time < 2 hours); 5. The patient and their family have fully understood the study content and have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能不全者。 2. 凝血功能障碍或正在使用抗凝药物者。 3. 局部麻醉药过敏史或穿刺部位感染、畸形者。 4. 术前存在肠梗阻、胃瘫等胃肠功能紊乱者。 5. 妊娠或哺乳期女性。 6. 精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, lung, liver, or kidney. 2. Patients with coagulation disorders or receiving anticoagulant therapy. 3. History of local anesthetic allergy or infection/deformity at the puncture site. 4. Preoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction such as intestinal obstruction or gastroparesis. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the study.
