研究目的：

随着紧密型医联体建设的不断完善，双向转诊、上下联动分级诊疗模式广泛开展，危重患者的院际转运频次明显增加。然而国内外尚未开展紧密型医联体危重患者院际转运质量控制体系研究。对此，本项目基于“结构-过程-结果”三维质量评价模型，对紧密医联体危重患者院际转运质量控制进行研究，构建紧密医联体危重患者院际转运质量控制体系。以期对危重患者紧密型医联体院际转运提供质量控制体系，促进转运质量的提升，保障患者安全。  

Objectives of Study：

With the continuous improvement of the construction of close medical consortia, the two-way referral and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode of upper and lower linkage have been widely carried out, and the frequency of inter hospital transfer of critically ill patients has significantly increased. However, there has been no research on the quality control system for inter hospital transportation of critically ill patients in close medical consortia both domestically and internationally. Based on the "structure process result" three-dimensional quality evaluation model, this project studies the quality control of inter hospital transportation of critically ill patients in the tight medical consortium, and constructs a quality control system for inter hospital transportation of critically ill patients in the tight medical consortium. In order to provide a quality control system for the close knit inter hospital transportation of critically ill patients, promote the improvement of transportation quality, and ensure patient safety.

1.专家遴选标准：①职称为中级及以上；②学历为本科及以上；③从事危重患者救治及管理工作5年及以上。
