本研究旨在分析泛免疫炎症值在我国不同射血分数心力衰竭患者中的预后价值，为指导临床实践提供有力证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the prognostic value of pan-immune inflammation values in patients with heart failure of different ejection fractions in China, providing strong evidence for guiding clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

拟入选2019年9月至2022年12月在天津市第一中心医院住院的患者， 纳入标准： 1.心力衰竭NYHA分级3-4级； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.有基线泛免疫炎症值资料。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were hospitalized at Tianjin First Central Hospital from September 2019 to December 2022 are proposed to be included. The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1. NYHA grade 3-4 for heart failure; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. There are baseline pan-immune inflammation value data .

排除标准：

缺少超声心动左室射血分数、血常规、生化等研究所需指标；合并恶性肿瘤；合并严重血液系统疾病；合并严重的肾功能或肝功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

The required indicators for research such as left ventricular ejection fraction by echocardiography, blood routine, and biochemistry are lacking. Combined with malignant tumors; Combined with severe hematological diseases; Combined with severe renal or liver dysfunction.
